Client Testimonials

Kevin

Director of Compliance, Patient Care

I had the privilege of working with Rachel for six years. Although many years my junior, I learned something from her every time we worked together on a project. Rachel has the ability to learn complex processes and systems quickly, to the point that she becomes a resource for others in a short span of time. She is insightful, practical, and detail oriented but able to see the big picture the entire time. In many instances we collaborated on business process improvement projects. Rachel was able to quickly assess the root cause of the issues and then present an effective plan for improvement to seasoned professionals, many of whom were hearing uncomfortable truths in the process. She relates well to others, identifies with their situation, and moves forward, always forward, with tact and professionalism.

Kim

Digital Strategy Specialist

Rachel is one of the most inspiring corporate education professionals I've had the privilege of working with. Rachel embodies professionalism, integrity, grace, and care for others. Through a wonderful mix of technical savvy, charisma, and attention to detail, Rachel has made a tremendous impact on enriching our employees' skills and knowledge through webinars, classroom, and online training. She taught me how to relax and just be myself when presenting, a skill many of us struggle with. I would recommend Rachel to any company, as I believe she brings a wealth of experience, leadership skills, and care for others.
